April 17th, 2002 Bob - Ranting with no content
Hello All!
I'm back, as I said I would be, with one final addition to the opinions on my editorial. All opinions I've received since I made my last update have been posted. As of this point forward, I will not be adding any more opinions to the editorial unless under special circumstances. You are still welcome to e-mail me your comments, it's just they wont get posted. =)

So in the news department, Screen Caps of what is missing will have to be put on hold for a little while. The software I was using has expired (it was a trial version). Never fear though, Dan has got me some new software and it will be on its way here in a little while ~_^. Until then, no more screen caps =(.
Also, I'm going to TRY (emphasis on the TRY part) to do a massive "Cleaning Up" of the site this weekend. This includes spelling errors, inaccurate information, outdated information, etc etc etc. So if you see any, please drop me an e-mail and I will check it out.
Finally, on a more personal note, I got into UNLV, yay! Yep, I'm stayin' right here in Vegas for college. Call me lazy, but hey, it's CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. Alright, later!

April 16th, 2002 Dan - New news
Nice news announcement that I'm sure that a lot of people will be happy with, head over to misc to go see! ^_^ Also, due to me needing more money than I thought this month (I didn't anticipate room selection this week costing me money to make a deposit for next semester, and I have other things on preorder which I really don't want to cancel), I cancelled my order for the first two ADV DVDs, which came out today, to make sure I still have some money in my bank account. I do plan on obtaining these DVDs, but not until I know I can get them and not have to worry about money. So, enjoy the DVDs that ADV came out with today, and I hope you like the news posted up too. ^_^

April 11th, 2002 Dan - SMSS announcements
Looks like Pioneer is planning far ahead with the SMSS releases. Read the details in the news addition to the misc section. Also, this weekend, I'm going through all my e-mail that I've gotten in the past couple months or so, because I was pretty lazy when it came to e-mail, and still am a bit I'll admit. -_-;;;; I don't remember if there was any SMU related mail, but if there was, I'll be getting back to most of them this weekend.

April 5th, 2002 Dan - New news added
Added some news in the misc section regarding the releases of the next four ADV DVDs. No coverart yet for them, but I'll post it when it's available. Also, I decided to get the first two ADV DVDs when they come out and pre-ordered them. When I get them, I'll have a mini-review of them in the updates like Bob did with SMS and is with SMSS, and I'll scan the cover and insert over the summer because I don't have a scanner here at school. Chances are I'll get all their DVDs as they come out, but if I'm disappointed with them, then I won't. We'll see in less than two weeks.

April 3rd, 2002 Bob - New editorial on hating and disliking
I wrote a brand spankin' new editorial. It's basically a really really really unorganized view on the difference between hating and disliking something. Emphasis on the unorganized part, as I basically just rambled on for a while. Go check it out!

A few days after declaring hiatus on the opinions, an idiot amused me so much, that I decided to display his idiocy in that very section. *dance of glee* so go laugh along with it!

March 25th, 2002 Tiff - Opinion section on hiatus
Tiff here. Well, here's the news: The opinions essays section is on hiatus. Now, that doesn't mean it's closed. here's the deal: i work too much and go to school too much to be able to keep up with that section fully. However, it's still my section dammit =P I will allow people to send me their essays, BUT i will only do ones i REALLY REALLY feel like doing. Basically, anything that was sent to me before will be disregarded unless i dig through the files and find something i really love. I apologize to all those people, but life goes on, ne? So consider the essays section still alive, just takin it veeeeeeerrrrrrry slow. ja!

March 25th, 2002 Dan - New scnas
As promised last week if Bob didn't have the DVD yet and I had time to, I scanned the covers and insert for the second SMSS DVD which came out last week. The links have been added to the cover archive in the misc section. Enjoy this wonderful DVD cover art that Pioneer put together.

March 20th, 2002 Dan - two cents and more
Did my two cents for episode 9. That's it for content from me today, but soon I should have the ADV VHS cover archives up. I'm just looking for the release date for the 9th and 10th ones, and the cover for the 16th. Once I find those, the cover archive will be up for them, and we'll be all caught up. Well, close to caught up, as with the release of the second SMSS DVD yesterday, we now need the scans from that. Bob doesn't have the DVD yet, so no scans just yet. Mine arrived today, so I'm going to enjoy this moment while it lasts, you have no idea how great this is for me getting the DVD before him. ^.^ Anyways, Pioneer made another great DVD. Sure, I still hate how the logo and mini-pic thingy changed places for SMSS which doesn't make SMSS line up well against all the other SM DVDs, but that's a small thing. Once again, they did a great job with both covers, insert, and foldout. Menus were done well too, much better than the S ones in my opinion. There's still a lack of a Sailor Gallery in this DVD, but we get the karoke opening with no kanji, second opening that is. First opening will forever be with kanji. Sub was translated well once again, and I can offically announce that Fish Eye is a GUY like he should be. Don't know what happened in the first DVD where they made the one-line error that was possibly the worst thing they could do, but it's been fixed and now we can watch SS worryfree about his gender. Pioneer seems to be doing a great job with SS so far, my only complaint right now (besides the lineup problem I have described above) is that an extra month is going to go by before the next one. Hopefully, Bob will have the DVD soon and scan the covers and insert. However, if I get bored over spring break and he doesn't, then I'll do it with the family scanner like I did all the movie and box scans. I guess that's it for now. Please get the Pioneer SS releases as they're doing a great job with them, and I'll see you when I get back from spring break in April!

March 14th, 2002 Dan - More cover art
I got bored again, but not bored enough to make a huge update thingy like I normally do, but I did end up in Pioneer's animation site which has been redone recently, and saw that they already posted the covers to the first six VHSs and three DVDs. They're smaller than scans from online stores, so right now I have them up until the larger size scans appear somewhere. Now all the pics for the first three SMSS sets are up, except for the DVD covers and inserts which obviously have to wait until the DVDs comes out.

Did a few things today. First off, added in my two cents blurbs for episodes 7 and 8. I also did the cover archive for all the S DVDs and VHSs, as well as the released coverart for SMSS. I plan to add the movie VHS covers as well as the ADV dub covers sometime in the near future. Enjoy going through the art! And don't forget, second SuperS set comes out a week from today! ^_^
